About this fabric

Woven in a durable velvet construction, Omega Velvet 4 Atol combines a 60% polyester, 28% recycled polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose blend for a smooth, hard-wearing handle. The colour is a muted teal with a greyed undertone, so it feels cooler and more restrained than a vivid aqua, while still catching the light with a gentle velvety depth. With a Martindale rub test of 100,000 and upholstery grades for both contract and general domestic use, it is well suited to demanding seating as well as fixed installations. The 137cm width and plain repeat make it straightforward to pattern match and practical for larger upholstery projects. Care includes dry clean or a delicate 30°C wash, with stain resistance noted for easier everyday use.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an armchair, sofa or banquette where its cool teal tone can balance oak, walnut or pale linen upholstery. It also works well for curtains in a room that needs colour with a quieter, more tailored finish.
