About this fabric

This Linwood velvet combines 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose for a dense, practical handle with a polished pile. The plain surface and 100,000 Martindale rub test make it well suited to both contract and general domestic upholstery, as well as curtains and loose covers. In this colourway, the green reads as an earthy lime rather than a bright citrus tone, with a muted olive cast that deepens slightly in the shadows. It is stain resistant and can be washed with care at 30°C, then dry cleaned and line dried if needed.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored sofa, bench cushion or statement armchair where the soft olive-lime tone can bring life to timber, stone and tan leather. For curtains, its muted green works well in rooms that need colour without losing a calm, natural feel.
