About this fabric
The charcoal ground gives this colourway a cool, deep foundation, while mustard flowers and muted ochre, stone and rust details add restrained warmth through the scrolling foliage. Birds, stylised blooms and curling stems create a dense, formal botanical repeat, with pale outlines standing clearly against the dark background. At 430gsm and 68 threads per cm, it is a substantial textile with the visual presence suited to upholstery. The 138.4cm usable width accommodates the large 107.2cm vertical and 138.4cm horizontal repeat, allowing the central ornament and border details to be carefully positioned.
How to use it
Use Bullerswood Charcoal/Mustard on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard, where the charcoal depth can anchor a room. Pick up its mustard and aged ochre accents with warm timber, antique brass and softly weathered neutrals.
Use this substantial charcoal-and-mustard botanical for statement upholstery, balanced with warm neutrals and aged wood.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bullerswood Charcoal/Mustard without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
