Ruskin Weaves FabricMOF0125-18

Ruskin Brick is a warm, muted terracotta upholstery weave with the earthy depth of fired brick. Its close, plain surface shows a fine, understated texture rather than a visible motif.

About this fabric

This substantial 410 gsm fabric has a softly structured woven face, with delicate horizontal and vertical irregularities visible across the brick-toned surface. The colour sits between burnt orange and red-brown, reading warm and grounded while catching slightly lighter across the weave. With 22 threads per cm, the cloth has a compact appearance suited to hard-wearing upholstery applications. Its 140 cm usable width, 30 m standard length and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeats make it straightforward to cut for plain-covered pieces.

How to use it

Use Ruskin Brick on a buttoned armchair, dining seat or compact sofa where its warm terracotta tone can anchor cream, tobacco, aged timber and dark metal. Pair it with quieter neutrals to let the subtle woven texture provide the visual interest.

Use this warm brick terracotta weave to bring depth and earthy colour to upholstered seating, headboards or occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
