Protea Flower China Blue/Canvas

Curios Wallcoverings WallpaperSAW0071-01

Protea Flower China Blue/Canvas shows airy protea heads in a cool, pale China blue, with slender leaves drawn in soft ochre and grey-beige across a warm canvas ground. The generous open background keeps the large botanical design feeling light rather than crowded.

About this wallpaper

This wallpaper features softly illustrated protea flowers, with layered blue petals and fine pale detailing that give each bloom a gently shaded appearance. Long, narrow leaves extend around the flowers in muted ochre and neutral linework, creating an understated contrast with the cooler blue heads. It has a 52 cm usable width, a 10.05 m standard length and a 64.1 cm vertical pattern repeat. With a stated weight of 158 gsm, the design has a light, paper-like presence suited to the delicate character visible in the artwork.

How to use it

Use the warm canvas ground as a quiet backdrop in a bedroom, hallway or sitting room, then echo the China-blue blooms with painted joinery, linen or small upholstered accents. Pale timber and muted ochre accessories will pick up the leaf tones without competing with the botanical detail.

A softly detailed botanical wallpaper for bringing cool blue depth and a warm, neutral backdrop to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
