About this fabric

This Sanderson velvet has a substantial 405gsm handle, giving the swatch the dense, polished look you can see in the close-up image. With a usable width of 148cm and no pattern repeat, it is an easy choice for tailored upholstery projects where a clean, uninterrupted finish matters. The tiny, uniform pile softens the light across the surface, creating a pale ivory tone that feels warm, calm and slightly luminous. At 102 threads per cm, the cloth presents a refined, tightly woven ground beneath the velvet finish.

How to use it
