Rue Linen Leek

Rue Linen FabricSAF0347-11

Rue Linen Leek is a quietly fresh green with a soft, slightly washed linen appearance. The close weave gives the colour a calm, natural depth rather than a bright, grassy finish.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 139 cm, a 40 m standard length, a weight of 241 gsm and a thread count of 84 threads per cm. With no visible pattern repeat, the design reads as a pure textured cloth, letting the subtle linen grain and gentle slub come through across the surface. The leek green shade is pale and airy, with a light yellow-green cast that feels more springlike than sage. Its mid-weight handle makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery where a relaxed, tailored finish is desired.

How to use it

Use this colourway to soften painted timber, pale oak and cream upholstery, or pair it with chalky neutrals for a fresh country look. The light green tone also sits well beside botanical prints and natural textures.

A fresh green linen look that brings a light, easy feel to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
