About this fabric

This Calais colourway is made in 52% Recycled Polyester and 48% Polyester, and it is specified for curtaining with a generous 300 cm width. Visually, the fabric appears as a small, tightly woven plain with a dry, cloth-like texture rather than a glossy finish. Calais Cream sits in a warm off-white range, with enough beige in the tone to feel softer than a bright white but still clean and bright in daylight. With no pattern repeat and no martindale rating noted, it is presented here as a straightforward, wide-width curtain cloth for a calm, tailored look.

How to use it

Use Calais Cream for full-length curtains or wide sheers of lining-style simplicity, especially where you want a room to feel brighter without sharp white contrast. Its warm cream tone works well with pale timber, stone, and muted taupe or greige schemes.

An easy, airy cream that softens rooms and keeps window dressings feeling light.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
