About this fabric

The dense velvet has a substantial 639gsm weight and 145 threads per centimetre, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. Repeating paisley forms appear in a muted antique gold against a deeper ochre-brown ground, creating more depth than a flat yellow gold. The pattern measures 40.5cm vertically by 35cm horizontally, giving the medium-scale motifs a clear but not overpowering rhythm across a chair or sofa. With a 140cm usable width and 25m standard length, it is practical for coordinated upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use the warm, aged gold-brown colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or traditional sofa, where its softly luminous velvet surface can catch changing room light. Pair it with dark timber, tobacco leather and quietly textured neutrals to reinforce its rich, collected character.
