Waikiki Ebony

Alfresco Indoor Outdoor Weaves OutdoorCCF0840-03

Waikiki Ebony is a dense monochrome weave marked by irregular horizontal bands of ebony, charcoal, grey and pale ivory. Its broken, brush-like striations give the dark colourway a tactile, weathered depth.

About this fabric

The close weave builds a layered horizontal texture from black, charcoal, grey and pale ivory threads, rather than a precise, uniform stripe. At 414gsm, it has a substantial upholstery character, with the stated Outdoor performance making it suitable for more demanding settings. The 67cm vertical and 36cm horizontal pattern repeats keep the striated design measured while preserving its organic, uneven rhythm. With a 140cm usable width and 40m standard length, Waikiki Ebony is practical for coordinated upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use the cool ebony and chalk-grey palette on contemporary outdoor seating, where its broken horizontal texture can sit against smooth concrete, pale stone or black metal. It also brings graphic depth to indoor upholstery without introducing a bright accent colour.

A substantial ebony-toned outdoor weave for contemporary upholstery, with pale striations adding movement to its dark ground.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
