About this fabric

The ground reads as a deep charcoal with a cool blue cast, while the beetles combine powder blue, icy teal, cream and restrained olive-green markings. The motifs are spaced across the cloth rather than forming a dense field, allowing the dark background to remain visually dominant. With a 360gsm weight and 126cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 23cm vertical repeat and 21cm horizontal repeat provide a compact, regular layout for planning cuts and pattern placement.

How to use it

Pair this cool mineral colourway with pale blue-grey, weathered timber and soft ivory for a quietly graphic scheme. On a chair or blind, the dark ground gives the small beetles definition without making the room feel brightly patterned.
