Peak Mastic

Allan FabricL9404-03

Peak Mastic is a quiet, textural neutral with a softly mottled beige appearance and a dry, natural finish. The weave reads refined and understated, with enough character to keep the surface from looking flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 56% Virgin Wool, 36% Linen and 8% Polyamide, this Allan fabric has the crisp, lightly nubby handle you would expect from a wool-linen blend. The image shows a soft mastic beige with warm sand undertones and a gentle chalky cast, giving the cloth a calm, lifted look rather than a heavy brown beige. Its plain surface and 140cm approx width make it easy to use across larger upholstered pieces or relaxed window dressings, while the vertical and horizontal repeat is effectively none at approx. The overall effect is smart but easygoing, with the natural fibres visible in the texture and a subtle depth that catches the light softly.

How to use it

Use Peak Mastic on a sofa, banquette or armchair where you want a muted, tailored neutral that won’t overpower the room. It also works well as curtains beside oak, plaster pink or aged brass, thanks to its warm, pale beige tone.

A calm, versatile neutral that suits tailored upholstery and understated curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
