About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric is part of the Fen Wools collection and is woven in a substantial blend of 40% Wool, 20% Cotton, 18% Viscose, 16% Linen and 6% Polyester. The plaid repeats at approximately V 15cm / H 15cm, creating a balanced square check that reads crisp but understated across the cloth. At approximately 138cm wide, it suits both made-up soft furnishings and upholstery schemes where a smart check is wanted. The aqua tone is muted and slightly misted, with the lighter crossing lines lifting the design without making it feel sharp or busy.

How to use it

Use it to bring a cool, country-house edge to armchairs, dining chairs or simple curtains. The soft aqua and pale check sit well with chalky whites, weathered oak and brushed nickel.
