About this fabric

This colourway shows a woven plaid with muted sage, stone and brown notes lifted by tomato-red stripes that run clearly across the cloth. The 100% wool composition gives the surface a dry, slightly brushed look, so the colours read soft rather than glossy. With an approximate vertical repeat of 30cm and horizontal repeat of 25.5cm, the check has enough scale to hold its own on larger pieces without feeling overly bold. At 152cm wide, it is a practical cloth for curtains, cushions or tailored upholstery projects, and the √BH fire code is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use it to bring warmth to a country armchair, window seat or relaxed blind, where the red bands can add definition against painted woodwork. It sits especially well with weathered oak, oatmeal linens and muted green paint.
