Mythica Fabrics FabricCCF0829-02

Paradise Lost Sepia layers finely drawn jungle animals, birds, palms and foliage across a warm cream ground. Its restrained sepia-brown palette gives the busy scene a softly aged, storybook character.

About this fabric

The cream background keeps the dense wildlife arrangement light, while warm sepia linework gives the giraffes, elephants, birds and palm trees clear definition. At 286 gsm, this is a substantial mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The 137 cm usable width allows the illustrated scene to read across generous lengths, with a 63.5 cm vertical repeat and 137 cm horizontal repeat to consider when matching panels. The tonal contrast is muted rather than stark, so the pattern feels richly detailed without becoming visually harsh.

How to use it

Use Paradise Lost Sepia on a reading-chair, footstool or statement cushion where its warm brown wildlife can act as the room’s focal detail. It also works across full-length curtains against cream, tan or walnut finishes, allowing the sepia tone to settle naturally into a warm scheme.

Use this warm sepia wildlife scene to bring character to upholstery, curtains or cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
