About this fabric

The close-up shows a smooth, unpatterned velvet with a rich chestnut tone that sits between brown and russet, rather than a cool chocolate shade. The nap catches the light softly, creating gentle darker and lighter areas across the otherwise uniform surface. Made from 100% Polyester FR, this fabric is 140 cm (55") wide and specified for fixed upholstery. It has a 100,000 Martindale rub test; care requires professional dry cleaning, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this warm chestnut upholstery on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its russet depth can complement walnut, dark timber, cream and aged brass. The velvet pile will add quiet tonal movement without introducing a pattern.
