Baker House Fr Velvet Chocolate is a deep, almost espresso-toned brown velvet with a softly shifting surface. Its plain face lets the directional nap create subtle tonal movement across the swatch.

About this fabric

The dense chocolate colour appears warm and grounded, while the velvet surface catches the light in slightly lighter and darker bands as the nap changes direction. Made from 100% Polyester Fr, it is 140 cm (55") wide and specified for Fixed Upholstery. A 100,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for frequently used upholstered pieces. After care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this deep chocolate brown on a structured sofa, club chair or dining seat where its dark, softly reflective surface can bring warmth and depth to a room. Pair it with aged timber, tobacco leather or warm cream textiles to keep the colour rich rather than stark.
