Lord's Linen Platinum

About this fabric
This finely woven cloth combines 30% linen with polyacrylic, viscose, polyester, nylon and cotton, giving the surface a gently natural, lightly slubbed appearance. Its cool greige tone sits between pale grey and softened beige, with the fine weave catching the light in a restrained, silvery way. At 139 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 30,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered furniture, while care requires professional dry cleaning only.
How to use it
Use the cool platinum tone to bring a calm, architectural finish to sofas, dining chairs or upholstered beds, especially alongside chalky whites, pale oak and blue-grey accents. As curtains, its lightly textured surface will soften a room without adding a strong pattern.
A versatile cool greige plain weave for tailored upholstery, relaxed loose covers, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Lord's Linen Platinum is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
