About this fabric

Made from 92% cotton and 8% polyester, this 140 cm-wide velvet has a dense, softly lustrous surface with understated vertical shading visible across the swatch. The mole tone sits between warm taupe and muted brown, giving the cloth depth without introducing a visible motif or high-contrast pattern. With a 50,000 Martindale rub test, it is suitable for fixed and loose upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. Care requires professional dry cleaning; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this mole-taupe velvet on a buttoned chair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its low-key depth can soften a room without becoming a dominant colour. Pair it with warm woods, antique brass and creamy neutrals to bring out its subtle brown warmth.
