Suzani Stitch Blue is a light, finely detailed textile with a warm cream ground and repeated blue-grey floral medallions. Small sage, ochre and dusty blue botanical details give the pattern a softly aged, decorative character.

About this fabric

The design is arranged in vertical columns, with circular floral medallions framed by leafy sprigs and narrow ornamental borders. Its blue tones are muted rather than saturated, sitting alongside pale sage, warm tan and touches of deeper blue that create gentle depth against the cream background. Woven in 74% linen and 26% polyester, the 134 cm wide fabric has a 38 cm vertical repeat and 67 cm horizontal repeat. It is supplied for curtains and bedspreads; care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this cool, muted blue colourway for full-length curtains in a cream or softly neutral room, where its warm ochre accents can be echoed in timber or woven accessories. It also lends a collected, traditional feel to a bedspread without overwhelming the room.
