About this fabric

Alternating ruby-red and rose-pink stripes run diagonally across the fabric, with the deeper ruby tone creating a particularly vivid edge against the lighter rose. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats measure 17.5 cm, giving the design a clearly ordered scale. At 352 gsm and 102 threads per cm, this is a substantial, closely constructed fabric suited to upholstery. It is supplied in a standard 35 m length with a usable width of 137.5 cm.

How to use it

Use the ruby-red and rose-pink stripe on a statement chair, headboard or tailored sofa where its diagonal direction can remain visible. Balance the saturated colour with warm neutrals or pick out the rose tone in cushions and painted details.

Use the bold ruby-and-rose diagonal stripe to bring graphic colour to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
