About this fabric

This Morris & Co. fabric has a substantial 410gsm weight and a dense construction of 22 threads per centimetre, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. The paprika tone sits between burnt orange and brick red, reading warm and earthy while retaining a lively depth in the light. No motif is visible in the swatch, and the supplied pattern repeats are both 0cm, so the colour and fine woven texture remain the focus. It has a 140cm usable width and a standard length of 30m.

How to use it

Use Ruskin Paprika on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm terracotta-red tone can act as a confident focal colour. Pair it with aged wood, natural fibres and muted cream or olive accents to temper its saturation without losing its earthy character.

A substantial paprika-toned plain weave that brings warm, saturated colour and quiet texture to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
