About this fabric

Part of the Diffusion collection by Voyage Maison, this fabric is specified at 532gsm and is suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The composition of 63% viscose, 22% polyester and 15% cotton gives the cloth a smooth, refined handle, while the visible finish reads as softly lustrous rather than heavily textured. In this colourway, the blossoms appear in muted purple, pink and silver tones, with greyed stems that keep the design calm and sophisticated. The large 71.5cm horizontal repeat and 35cm vertical repeat support the sweeping scale of the floral motif, making it feel decorative without becoming busy.

How to use it

Use this lilac-toned floral to soften a bedroom, sitting room or dressing room where you want colour without harsh contrast. It works especially well with chalk whites, pale taupe and brushed pewter accents.

Pairs well with pale neutrals and brushed metallics for a romantic, polished scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chatsworth purple without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
