About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 230gsm fabric has enough body for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings while keeping a relaxed, breathable handle. The visible colourway is a dusty lilac with greyed pink undertones, softened further by painterly washes that give the cloth a calm, slightly misted look. Large-scale floral heads and slender stems bring movement across the face of the fabric, with fresh greens and pale cream petals adding contrast without sharpening the palette. The 46cm horizontal repeat and 62cm vertical repeat support a generous, flowing pattern that reads especially well in fuller window dressings. Dry clean only; cool iron.

How to use it

Use Langdale Purple where you want a gentle, romantic colour that still feels grown-up rather than sugary. It works beautifully with chalky neutrals, weathered wood and other muted botanical tones.
