Herrera Ink

Metropolitan Wallcoverings WallpaperCCW0142-01

Herrera Ink layers cool ink-navy vertical marks over a warm cream ground, with irregular edges and worn painterly breaks visible throughout the design. Its high-contrast stripe arrangement gives the wallpaper a bold, atmospheric presence.

About this fabric

The design combines broad navy columns with narrower broken strokes in cream and pale beige, creating an abstract vertical rhythm rather than a regular stripe. The distressed surface effect shows lighter flecks, scraped edges and uneven ink-like texture across the visible swatch. It has a 52 cm usable width and a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat. The supplied specification lists a 180 gsm weight and a standard length of 10.05 m.

How to use it

Use Herrera Ink on a feature wall where its cool navy depth can anchor lighter furnishings, warm timber and softly coloured upholstery. The cream ground keeps the dramatic vertical marks from feeling wholly dark, while the worn painterly detail adds visual movement.

Use the cool ink-navy and cream contrast to bring graphic depth to a contemporary or pared-back interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
