Haiku Curry
Kyoto FabricL9420-02
Haiku Curry is a warm curry-orange Kyoto fabric with a soft, layered arc motif picked out in pale contrast against the ground. The result feels bright but not brash, with a gently woven finish that reads refined and lively at once.

About this fabric
This colourway shows a saturated curry orange base with a subtle silk-like sheen that lifts the surface rather than making it glossy. The repeating arch pattern is drawn in a light ivory tone, creating a clouded, overlapping rhythm across the cloth. At approximately 135cm wide, and with a repeat of V 65cm / H 135cm approx, it is designed as a substantial decorative fabric with a clear directional presence. The composition of 44% Cotton, 38% Wool and 18% Silk gives it a tactile, fabric-rich feel that suits a smart interior scheme. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Pair this curry shade with walnut timber, worn brass and chalky neutrals to keep the colour grounded. It works especially well where you want a warm focal point with enough pattern movement to hold a room together.
Use it to bring a warm, tailored glow to statement seating or elegant curtains.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Haiku Curry without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
