About this fabric

This substantial 453gsm fabric has a useable width of 138cm and a dense specification of 171 threads per centimetre, making it well suited to upholstery. Its repeating design measures 44cm vertically by 47cm horizontally, with overlapping charcoal arcs, angled strokes and lighter graphite striations creating a woven, painterly effect. Against the soft off-white background, the near-black marks read crisp and cool, while the varied grey brushwork prevents the pattern from appearing flat or harsh. The 30m standard length supports larger upholstery projects and coordinated schemes.

How to use it

Use Typhonic Graphite on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where its cool charcoal contrast can anchor a pale room. Pair it with chalky walls, blackened metal and quiet grey textiles to echo the design’s graphic, monochrome tone.
