About this fabric

Woven from 65% cotton and 35% jute, this 130 cm (51.07") fabric has a dry, subtly textured appearance that lets the indigo read with depth rather than flatness. Red lines bring a measured warmth through the predominantly blue ground, while the small cream detailing sharpens each stripe. Its horizontal pattern repeat is 13 cm (5.11"), creating a regular scale for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. After care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the cool indigo as the dominant tone on a tailored chair or sofa, then draw out the red with restrained russet or brick accents. As curtains or a bedspread, the vertical stripe can add height while keeping the room’s palette crisp and composed.
