Baroque Trellis Indigo

Country House Fabrics FabricSAF0180-01

Baroque Trellis Indigo pairs a deep, cool blue ground with a sharp ivory trellis that stands out cleanly across the cloth. The repeating hexagon-and-square motif gives the swatch a tailored, architectural feel.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is supplied on a 138 cm usable width and has a substantial 375 gsm weight, which suits a hard-working upholstery application. The pattern repeat is 16 cm vertically and 14 cm horizontally, creating a regular geometric lattice that reads clearly from a room away. In this colourway, the indigo ground looks dark and slightly slate-toned, while the off-white lines add crisp contrast without feeling harsh. The surface appears tightly woven with a subtle textile grain, so the design feels smart and orderly rather than glossy or ornate.

How to use it

Use it on armchairs, bench seating or a tailored headboard where the indigo depth can anchor lighter walls and timber finishes. It also works well with chalky whites, weathered oak and muted metallic accents for a crisp country-house look.

A crisp indigo geometric that gives seating a tailored, contemporary edge.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
