About this fabric

This is a 416gsm velvet with a 137cm usable width, making it a substantial choice for upholstery. Its irregular marble pattern is defined by pale cream fissures cutting through deep teal, with darker blue areas adding further depth rather than a flat, uniform ground. The design has an 87cm vertical repeat and a 137cm horizontal repeat, so the large-scale veining will remain a strong visual feature across a chair, headboard or sofa. With 57.7 threads per centimetre, the cloth has a dense, considered appearance suited to the dramatic Serpentine colourway.

How to use it

Use this cool petrol-teal colourway on a statement armchair, curved sofa or upholstered headboard, balancing its cream veining with warm ivory, aged timber and brushed brass. Keep surrounding patterns quieter so the large marble movement remains the focal point.
