About this fabric

This colourway reads as a cool charcoal, with subtle smoky shifts where the light catches the velvet pile rather than any printed motif. The plain surface and gentle nap variation keep the dark shade tactile and dimensional. Made from 100% polyester and 138cm wide, SAP3770 is graded for Contract and Domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this deep charcoal velvet on a sofa, armchair or headboard where its near-black tone can anchor paler walls, warm timber and brushed metal. Its softly changing nap adds interest to larger upholstered forms without introducing a pattern.
