Kempsford Aqua combines a cool, chalky aqua ground with softly shaded vertical botanical bands. Ivory foliage, muted taupe and delicate blush accents give the design a light, quietly decorative presence.

About this fabric

The pale aqua ground has a cool, softened cast, while vertical bands of leaves, small flowers and curling stems are picked out in ivory, taupe and faint blush. The restrained contrast keeps the botanical pattern airy rather than dense, with the repeated stripes drawing the eye upwards. Made from 39% viscose, 34% polyester and 27% linen, the fabric is 129 cm (50.68") wide with a 38 cm (14.93") vertical repeat and 43 cm (16.89") horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains and bedspreads; care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Pair the cool aqua tone with chalky whites, pale natural linens and soft taupe upholstery. Its vertical botanical arrangement is especially effective in full-length curtains, while the gentle blush detail can be echoed in cushions or lampshades.

Use the cool aqua ground and softly contrasting botanical stripes to bring gentle colour to curtains or a relaxed bedspread.
