About this fabric
This Chester colourway is woven in a 44% viscose, 36% linen, 16% polyester, 3% cotton and 1% polyacrylic composition, with a width of approximately 145cm. The small-scale pattern reads as a dispersed animal spot, worked here in muted old blue tones over a warm neutral base. The surface has the gentle irregularity you would expect from a linen-rich blend, while the cooler blue notes keep it feeling fresher than a typical beige-ground fabric. With a repeat of approximately V 36cm and H 35cm, it offers enough structure for upholstery and enough softness of impression for drapery too.
How to use it
Use it on a small armchair, ottoman or occasional sofa where the subdued blue pattern can add character without dominating the room. It sits particularly well with chalky painted wood, oatmeal linens and weathered timber finishes.
