About this fabric
Fox Ebony from Larsen’s Kochi collection is a fabric with no repeat, so the woven texture itself carries the character of the design. The cloth is 138cm wide approx. and composed of 38% Linen, 37% Cotton, 20% Acrylic, 3% Polyester and 2% Polyamide, giving it a naturally tactile handle with added technical stability. Visually, this colourway sits in a deep earthy brown range, softened by greyed taupe and blackened flecks that stop it from feeling harsh or overly glossy. The weave has a dry, pebble-like texture that gives the surface a relaxed but refined finish, and the overall effect is grounded rather than bold. With its smart, understated look, it works well where a fabric needs to feel substantial without drawing attention away from the furniture form.
How to use it
Use Fox Ebony on a tailored armchair, banquette or loose cover to bring warmth and texture to a scheme. Its muted ebony-taupe blend pairs especially well with natural oak, chalky paint colours and aged metal finishes.
