About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a richly illustrated surface, with mounted figures, small birds and densely patterned green trees picked out against a cool blue-teal background. The red garments and accessories bring a warm, graphic accent to the otherwise deep, atmospheric colourway. At 138 cm wide, the design has an 89 cm vertical repeat and a 69 cm horizontal repeat, giving the large-scale scene a clear presence. Suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, it also has a 35,000 Martindale rub test for practical everyday use.

How to use it

Use the indigo ground as the room’s anchoring colour on a statement chair, headboard or curtains, then draw out the print’s red and ochre details in cushions, piping or painted furniture. Its narrative scale works especially well where the full mounted figures and trees can be appreciated.
