About this fabric

Made from 100% linen and woven at 135 cm wide, this fabric has a fine, tactile appearance with blue ornament picked out against a warm ivory-beige ground. The compact trellis pattern has a 7.5 cm vertical repeat and a 7.5 cm horizontal repeat, creating a consistent all-over rhythm. Its softened blue reads as calm and slightly weathered rather than bright or saturated, while the light ground keeps the detailed motif airy. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this cool, muted blue on a reading-chair or upholstered headboard, then repeat it at the windows to bring definition without making the room feel heavy. Its pale ground also works well with chalky whites, natural linen and washed timber.
