About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this 144 cm-wide fabric shows repeating scrolling arabesque forms in muted blue, slate and darker ink-like accents against an ivory-grey ground. The small-scale pattern has an 18 cm vertical repeat and a 9 cm horizontal repeat, creating a continuous ornamental surface with plenty of visual detail. Its visible linen texture tempers the formality of the fine motif, while the blue remains subdued rather than bright or saturated. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use Arabesque Blue on a bedroom headboard or loose-covered chair to introduce cool blue pattern without overwhelming the room, or let it fall as curtains against warm timber and natural woven textures.

A cool, finely patterned linen that brings gentle blue-and-ivory contrast to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.
