About this fabric
Woven from 45% Cotton, 40% Viscose and 15% Polyester, Bray Chestnut is 137 cm (53.82") wide. Its dense, softly napped appearance suits the supplied uses of curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The 50,000 Martindale rub test makes it a practical choice for frequently used seating, while the chestnut shade adds earthy depth without looking flat or harsh. Care is limited to professional dry cleaning; do not wash, bleach or iron.
How to use it
Use this warm chestnut brown on a sofa or occasional chair to anchor a room with a rich, autumnal note, or carry it through to curtains and a bedspread for a cocooning scheme. Pair the reddish undertone with warm timber, aged brass, cream and muted olive.
A rich, softly brushed chestnut that brings warmth to upholstered seating, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Bray Chestnut is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
