About this fabric

This plain velvet has a smooth, low-pile finish that reads clean and refined in this pastel blue colourway. Its tone is cool and gently muted, with a faint silvery cast that catches the light without looking shiny. The fabric is specified for curtains, loose cover upholstery and fixed upholstery, and its 100,000 Martindale rub test and contract/general domestic grading make it suitable for demanding interiors. It is 137cm wide and made from 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, with care instructions including dry clean and wash with care at 30C.

How to use it

Use this pastel blue to soften walnut, oak or painted white furniture, or pair it with crisp linen tones for a calm scheme. It is especially effective where you want a light, cooling colour with enough body for upholstery and drapery alike.
