About this fabric

This colourway reads as a dark wine red with plum undertones, softened by the natural-looking weave visible across the surface. The cloth has a linen-style texture with subtle slubs and gentle tonal variation, giving the plain ground more depth than a flat dyed solid. At 241gsm, with a usable width of 139 cm and no vertical or horizontal repeat, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric that suits both upholstery and drapery. The 84 threads per cm construction helps it hold a neat, refined appearance while still showing that relaxed woven character.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, cushions, or relaxed curtains where the wine shade can add warmth without feeling glossy or overly formal. It pairs especially well with aged brass, walnut, and muted neutrals.

A rich wine tone that brings depth and warmth to tailored schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
