Ashbury Indigo combines deep, softened indigo bands with pale aqua and blue-grey vertical grounds. Its irregular, brushed-looking stripes give the surface a gently weathered textile character.

About this fabric

The design is formed from vertical bands that shift between saturated indigo, misty blue and pale seafoam, with broken horizontal flecks interrupting the stripes. The uneven edges and softly variegated surface create visible depth rather than a crisp, uniform stripe. Woven from 70% viscose and 30% linen, the fabric is 137.45 cm (54") wide. Its horizontal pattern repeat is 47.09 cm (18.5"), making the broad stripe movement an important part of the layout.

How to use it

Use Ashbury Indigo to bring cool, watery depth to a relaxed chair, sofa or full-length curtain, pairing the indigo bands with pale timber, chalky neutrals or blue-grey accents. The muted contrast works especially well where a stripe is wanted without a formal, sharply tailored effect.

A relaxed mid-weight stripe in softened indigo, pale aqua and blue-grey, suited to upholstery or drapery.
