About this fabric

The claret colour is saturated and shadowed rather than bright, giving the fabric a warm, wine-red depth. Fine irregular lines and lightly mottled areas create a quiet textural pattern across the surface, without a visible repeating motif. At 730 gsm, it has a substantial weight suited to upholstered furniture. The fabric has a 140 cm usable width, a 25 m standard length and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat.

How to use it

Pair Dawson Claret with warm timber, aged brass and softened neutrals to balance its deep wine-red character. It would bring particular depth to a feature armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard.
