Zander Red

Zander Red from Jane Churchill’s Zander Velvets is a velvet with a substantial upholstery feel, backed by a 55% polyester, 39% viscose and 6% recycled cotton composition. The design reads as a dense, all-over abstract motif with a vertical repeat of approx. 43cm and a horizontal repeat of approx. 35cm, giving the pattern a strong rhythmic presence across the cloth. In this colourway, the red is warm and slightly earthy rather than bright, with lighter pinkish highlights and darker wine accents that add depth as the pile catches the light. The 140cm approx. width makes it a practical choice for larger upholstered pieces, and the finished look feels tailored, textured and confidently decorative.
