Mulberry Long Weekend FabricFD2004.H113

Nomad Plum combines a deep, muted plum ground with closely woven vertical bands of ochre, terracotta, olive and dusty teal. Repeating diamond and stepped geometric motifs give the surface a richly patterned, textile-led character.

About this fabric

Made from 82% viscose and 18% linen, this 138 cm wide fabric has a tactile woven appearance and a softly subdued finish. The plum sections read warm and earthy rather than bright, while muted teal, ochre and terracotta accents bring definition to the geometric bands. Its 61 cm vertical pattern repeat and 138 cm horizontal repeat create a strong, ordered layout for considered pattern placement. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, with professional dry cleaning required.

How to use it

Use Nomad Plum to bring depth to a study, sitting room or bedroom, pairing its wine-plum ground with aged timber, warm neutrals and brushed brass. For upholstery, let the vertical geometry remain prominent on a headboard or occasional chair; the same colourway can continue into curtains or a bedspread.

A richly patterned woven suitable for tailored upholstery, curtains and coordinated bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
