About this fabric
Woven in 69% cotton and 31% polyester, this fabric has a substantial 530 gsm handle and a 20,000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery. The design pairs a pale minty-blue ground with fuller blue scrolls edged in warm metallic gold, so the pattern feels cool and luminous rather than dark or saturated. The broad 36 cm horizontal repeat and 66 cm vertical repeat create a generous damask rhythm that is easy to read on larger furnishings. Dry clean only and dry iron care suit a fabric that is decorative yet sturdy enough for everyday interiors.
How to use it
This colourway works especially well in light-filled rooms where the aqua ground can stay fresh and the gold accents can catch the light. Pair it with chalky neutrals, weathered oak or antique brass for a smart, relaxed scheme.
