About this colour

At #686F7F, Reign Blue reads as a cool, mid-depth blue-grey with a steady, slightly softened finish that does not throw much brightness back into the room. In north-facing light it can look more slate and reserved, with the blue note pulled quieter and the grey holding the shade together. In south-facing light the blue comes forward a little more, giving it a cleaner, cooler presence without losing its calm character. It works well beside pale oak, walnut and painted joinery, and it has enough depth to sit confidently against richer upholstery colours or patterned curtains.

How to use it
